I had to run through the alphabet before I found the right letter in word four,

SPOILER ALERT: Best I could come up with for the fourth word is: AXE but google search of my solution shows it should be AWE. My thinking was on the lines of Occam's AXE . It makes (a little) sense when you see the correct solution.
