Make adjustments according to taste and your microwave. Too dry? More milk. Not sweet enough, prefer real sugar? Experiment.

Pinch of salt, drop of vanilla are good. I like it a little liquid on th bottom, invert and serve like a lava cake.

Thanks. I made this, twice actually.

The first was a mess and didn't taste too good. I used regular white flour and one teaspoon of sugar. I cooked it in the microwave oven for 90 seconds in a 1,000 watt oven. It came out like rubber and was barely edible.

However...

The second time I made it was after I went grocery shopping and bought almond flour. This time, I used the almond flour and two teaspoons of sugar, and cooked it for only 60 seconds. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! It even had the little bit of liquid when inverted.

Here are my details with nutrition info:

I mixed it up in a small paper bowl and poured it into a large coffee mug. It expanded above the lip of the mug in the last 10 seconds, but then reduced back down when the oven turned off, and slowly shrunk a little bit more as it cooled.

It wasn't overly chocolatey, mild in flavor actually, but it had a decent texture and consistency.

I had it with my morning coffee.
