The CDC hospitalization chart clearly shows the vaccine effectiveness in the vulnerable but now highly vaccinated 65+ demographic.

Here in Georgia, the seven-day trend for deaths has finally resumed a downward trend though this may be short-lived as hospitalizations have ceased dropping as of late.
