In other words obese and/diabetic people tend to get heart inflammation.
Viral infection or vaccine can potentate it.

It’s also not the truth. THe CDC is withholding records and making it hard to file more. Less than 1% of events are ever reported to the CDC so the number is at least 100 times more. And this is only one of many terrible effects. THere are many life altering and life ending effects and we’re only 6 months in. Long term effects and neurological damage grows with time.
Known clinically serious heart inflammation. We know NOTHING about under the radar subclinical effects. Sometimes when a body has an inflammatory reaction...it can attack other tissue which antigenically resemble the part of the virus the inflammatory cell are attacking.
This happens in cases of bacterial infections such as strep throat which can cause rheumatic heart disease or post streptococcal glomerulonephritis(attacks kidneys)
Some experts believe rheumatoid arthritis is instigated by viral infection. Or cases of brittle diabetes post viral infection.
They are not looking for subclinical inflammatory effects on other tissues by the injection. They should be.
And yet VAERS since it's inception 30 years ago typically has around 150 deaths reported per year related to vaccinations. In the last 6 months they have had over 5000 deaths reported which translates to 10,000 in a year. 150 compared to 10,000 is a 6566% increase! Yes I am sure that your numbers are right. There is no problem; there is nothing to see here.
