I’m not sure where you were educated, but you might ask for a refund ‘cause your logic does not make any sense.
Please explain why we need an experimental vaccine for a bug that only infects 10% of the population? That is, 90% do not get infected! Further, the death rate from the vaccine is less than .03% and a large percentage of those are people who are in nursing homes ready to die anyway.
I don’t get it and I sure don’t get taking an experimental vaccine that has the potential to kill!
Even though the virus has only infected 34,482,925 and caused 619,162 deaths, the count is still growing as more people are getting infected every day. Your minimizing of this situation is criminal and if we were in a world war with those numbers, you would be screaming to the roof tops with alarm. The word for that is hypocrisy.
Finally, you call the vaccine “experimental.” That is the term given to a vaccine that hasn’t met the full requirement of the FDA’s approval process. Rather than make shameful comments on your thinking I will explain what is happening:

The shots, he said, have already demonstrated to be “safe and highly effective” in millions of Americans.
Indeed! The deaths from the side effects of the massive number of vaccinations performed, are a showing a stunning safety record. The percentage of people who have died from the side effects is only 0.0017% (U.S.) among people who got the vaccine.
Historically, the impact of anti-vaccination claims has been profound. For example, it has led to a resurgence of measles in the United States and Europe, despite the fact that the disease was declared eliminated in the U.S. back in 2000. Some of those same anti-vax promoters are back in business today. We can’t let this anti-vaxx hysteria undo the progress against COVID that has been made.
Finally, Scientists have been studying vaccines using the mRNA platform for at least seven years. Based on all of the data available to date, these mRNA vaccines have shown a good safety profile. mRNA vaccines are quicker and easier to produce than traditional vaccines. Already, vaccines using mRNA are now being studied in clinical trials for HIV, herpes, the Zika virus, rabies, and influenza. On the horizon are personalized cancer vaccines. If we need a vaccine to head off a deadly variant (A Chinese gain of function?) we will need the mRNA platform to quickly meet the challenge.
