Sad incident, whether an accident or not, this guy wasn’t in his right mind to do that.
Such being said, one would think an LAPD broadcast tower would be bristling with cameras and/or sensors.
Keeping a high State of Readiness.

Building security is not the problem. Risk-taking fools are the problem. The building owners are NOT responsible for the death, although surely there will be lawsuits claiming that building security is the cause of the death.

His own fault. No money!
