All the non stop Highrise building close by in that once quiet area probably crack the
foundation of this 1981 building .
They use lots of dynamite to reach the bed rock .
The Former mayor who was rescued last nite stated he
notified people about the cracked cement decking over the parking areas .
Water and especially sea water just needs a few good cracks to destroy .
