I heard earlier they were doing construction a few days ago at the adjacent building, what that has to do with it doesn’t make sense either. I have heard all the time about balconies collapsing(Too many people on it at one time) but entire buildings pancaking is just weird
FWIW, this reads to me like FIU is attempting to damage control for someone or something.
