Those flags and logos are indicators that I will not patronize them.
I was glancing through job openings on LinkedIn the other day. A rainbow flag logo is a signal for me not to apply.
Unfortunately, the company I work for now has one.

Good luck with that. There’s a homo flag flying in front of Applied Materials in Silicon Valley. You may not have heard of the company, but they are a leader in manufacturing capital equipment to make semiconductors. They sell their systems to all the chip makers.
Almost everything you buy these days has one or more chips in it and all those chips were made on “Pride-Supporting” Applied Materials equipment.
