It’s not the fat. It’s the wrong kind of fat. Seed oils. Eat animal fat from healthy animals and some clean olive and coconut oils. You can eat over 50% of your diet in healthy fats and stay slim. I do. I don’t eat sugars and very much carbs though.
The article’s title and preamble is absurd. Furthermore the “bad fats” distinction is a prevalent factor in high-carb and salty junk foods. And high-carb diets are the leading cause of problems for those with T2 diabetes.
