No, certainly not an expert on the spike protein.

I understand that a one time load of spike proteins generated by cells in the arm over a couple days has got to be far better than tons of spike proteins generated by cells all over the body that have the ace2 receptors and that other receptor.

I know the spike protein by itself doesn't replicate. It needs either the virus or the vaccine mrna to do that.

I do know from reports that the spike protein can cause clotting (4 in a million). And it causes cardiovascular damage including myocarditis. And I don't think they have a good handle on how and how much yet. But it is somewhat bounded by the number of adverse events reported. Assuming all serious events get reported.

There may be and probably is cardiovascular damage occurring in most if not all vaccine recipients, just not to the extent it causes a noticeable problem outside of temporary inflamation.
