I test servers when I’m out lately.
If I’m asked what colour bread I’d like with an order, I always say White is right please.
I usually get some laughs, and I had one serious scowl. I note the place and don’t go back.
we had a server frown at us for ordering black coffee. She said “ it’s plain. just say plain”
we said no coffee, or dessert, just the check now, thanks.
