In many parts of the US such a policy would
doom a restaurant, but this is Minneapolis. Who knows, maybe they know their customers. Probably depends on the white guilt quotient in their white clientele.

You may be onto something there - they may have read their clientele correctly and realized an angle of stupidity to exploit. If so, I salute their deviousness.
