Do you believe the constitution is such that if a president were universally known and proven to have fraudulenty “won” that he is legitimate and has full power and authority of the presidency?
You can say that congress can remove him but what if they are co-conspirators in the fraud and refuse?
These aren’t rhetorical questions.
I believe, and have long believed, that Biden’s “win” was a farce. I believe, and have long believed, that his inauguration was a mistake. However, I also believe that, based on what I know about the US Constitution and law — and if you have other knowledge, I am willing to listen — that the only ways to remove a President from office are Impeachment and the 25th Amendment.
That being the case, even if we get hardcore, actual proof, certifiable and unquestionable — just how in the Hell do you expect to dig him out if 1) he refuses to go and 2) Congress refuses to remove him?
Do you think the US Supreme Court is going to touch this? I don’t.
Do you think that the US Secret Service is going to abandon him? That the US Army is going to storm the White House and arrest him? I don’t.
Do you think there is going to be a massive uprising of the population to march on Washington and pull him out by his hair-plugs? I don’t.
It also would NOT be a good idea to try it because I am deathly afraid Biden WOULD use the military to crush any such uprising, the MSM would do everything in their power to blame it all on the Republicans, and the one-party dictatorship the Democrats so desperately want to impose would be the result.
The situation is unprecedented and perilous in the extreme. Biden is horrible, his presence in the Oval Office is an abomination, the fraud that put him there is despicable — but I am not ready to put the match to the fuse of actual full-scale civil war to get him out of office.
Not yet, anyhow.
