I recommend you take a preliminary course in Human Behavior, Psychology, and Group Dynamics from the University of Life. They have a satellite campus at your local Community College, and night classes too.
Its good to be able to read people on the internet, since you can't see their mug or hear the tone of their voice.
I have a PHD in those disciplines, in case you haven't heard.
