I printed one and it looks real good. I siinged a doctors name and put a serial number for the vaccine on it. It says Covid 19 passport 1776. I’m going to make a covid 19/20 and Covid21 card as well it will be Covid19/20/21 making sure it is up to date for this year. next year it will be Covid19/20/21/22. no one knows what the 19 stands for anymore.
I downloaded it and am prepared to fill it out when the need arises. I decided to “take” the Johnson and Johnson vax because I view as the least bad, least experimental option of the three.
How did you come up with a serial number? Was it random, or did you base it on some document or whatever?
All of this being said, COVID 19 has virtually vanished from Massachusetts, which is where I live. Not that anyone is paying attention. Fear porn rules!
