The AMA survey was not an AMA-wide random sample but included just 300 respondents.
A wider survey from a different medical physicians group surveyed 700 physicians (Internet respondents) and their poll said a majority of physicians were not getting vaccinated.

Neither poll is scientific.
Maybe not, but at least the AMA poll was of verified physicians. The AAPS one seems to be of internet randos who self-reported as physicians or medical professionals.
