Re your experience in Nashville...I presume the “no minors” after 6 pm, or whatever, was more about TN’s smoking codes and ordinances than anything else. The legislature, in their infinite wisdom — NOT, passed regs for business owners. If you allow smoking in the building, it has to be for 21 years and older. If you want to allow minors in your restaurant or bar; no smoking allowed. Yeah, it’s stupid. I may be wrong about the legislature; maybe it was City Councils or County Commissions that created the regs.
