There’s more information about the FBI and its role in January 6
American Thinker ^ | 19 Jun, 2021 | Andrea Widburg

While the “unindicted conspirators” may not be FBI agents, it’s still possible the FBI was involved -- and Biden’s still going to crack down on all of us.

On Tuesday, Revolver and Tucker Carlson made a stunning claim: They argued that the FBI’s charging papers against the people they arrested for entering the Capitol on January 6 (almost all of whom are still in solitary confinement) reveal that the FBI may well have been the ones encouraging people to engage in the activity the Democrats now claim was an “insurrection.” Having an “insurrection” now justifies AG Merrick Garland's forming an anti-extremist task force that targets people who doubt the November election or think the federal government is too big. There’s been legitimate pushback against this narrative. but Tucker has more information that still makes it possible that January 6 was indeed an FBI set-up.

For the background to this post, you can read my post from June 16 or, if you have the time, I urge you to watch Tucker’s monologue:

(video at link. If you have not seen it then you certainly should watch it here!)

The pushback came from one of Red State’s excellent writers, a person who writes under the name “shipwreckedcrew.” He’s a former prosecutor (which gives him credibility) and he contends that both the Revolver and Tucker misunderstood the FBI’s documents. Instead, he says that the presence of unindicted co-conspirators can mean several things, none of which puts the FBI in a bad light:

Having written between 500 and 600 indictments, I’ll say this: You call someone an “unindicted co-conspirator” in an indictment when 1) you’re not sure of their true identity; 2) they are not yet under arrest, you’re not certain where they are,

I don’t agree with this Redstate writer. This is the same FIB that ran the dishonest Russia Hoax. They have lost all credibility. Giving the the benefit of the doubt shows that you are ignorant, insane or evil.

Eye dunno. it depends on the individual, not the collective. Jimmie Commie was bad. JB was cordial to me.

IMHO Hannity can no longer claim that there are good decent people working in the FBI ranks. If there are, let them come forward to give an honest assessment of the current and past leadership of the FBI.

There should be national out rage about releasing the people from jail. If they are not going to arrest and keep Portland rioters in jail.

Are they really still holding people in solitary confinement?

How many?

We must be careful to be factual.

If they are, this needs to be headline news.

“Dishonest” ... you mean “illegal.” Also, this outstanding (cough) agency did not pursue the persons who “filed a complaint” with the feds to start the “investigation” into a nonexistent crime. Something is terribly wrong in our institutions and I pray we survive.

Glenn Greenwald Asks Reasonable Questions About the FBI’s Involvement in January 6th Capitol Hill Event

June 18, 2021 | Sundance

While journalist Darren Beattie insults CTH for pointing out the flaws in his advocacy (calling CTH “autistic and stupid“, duly noted), journalist Glenn Greenwald focuses his intellectual armament against the correct enemy highlighting the pattern of the FBI infiltrating and manipulating domestic groups.

Greenwald has a solid outline on Substack worth reading (excerpt):

Greenwald – […] “If the FBI had advanced knowledge of what was being plotted yet did nothing to stop the attack, it raises numerous possibilities about why that is. It could be that they just had yet another “intelligence failure” of the kind that they claimed caused them to miss the 9/11 attack and therefore need massive new surveillance authorities, budget increases, and new Patriot-Act-type laws to fix it. It could be that they allowed the riot to happen because they did not take it seriously enough or because some of them supported the cause behind it, or because they realized that there would be benefits to the security state if it happened. Or it could be that they were using those operatives under their control to plot with, direct, and drive the attack — as they have done so many times in the past — and allowed it to happen out of either negligence or intent.” (continue reading)

Greenwald’s points, and his historic references, are well taken; actually, Greenwald’s outline reminded CTH of an event in 2015 that in hindsight has a very similar pattern and reference point(s).

Do you remember the 2015 Waco, Texas, Twin Peaks shooting/massacre?

Everything about the “Twin Peaks” massacre in 2015 was sketchy from the outset.  There were local, state and federal law enforcement units surrounding the gathering of the bikers at the restaurant.  No-one admits exactly who started the shooting (claims are disputed) but when the smoke cleared many of the dead bikers were shot by .223 rifle ammunition, later identified as the ammunition carried in the weapons of the SWAT and federal snipers who were pre-positioned around the venue.

Hundreds of shots were fired from the perimeter of the building by law enforcement directly into the crowd.  You might remember the FBI (“federal law enforcement”) took over the investigation and the forensics results from bullets retrieved were sealed as part of the investigation.  Almost two-hundred people were arrested, many charged with “conspiracy”, but not a single person was ever convicted of any crime.  Only one case brought to court, and they couldn’t even get close to a conviction. Not a single conviction of any crime.

After a few years of obfuscation, muddled attempts at framing prosecution, and a district attorney who would not release any information to the defense lawyers, the prosecution dropped the cases against all of the people involved.

Poof, just like that, the story of a massive shooting event just disappeared…

2019 – “Such was the mayhem of the gunfight that erupted between biker gangs at a Texas restaurant four years ago, that it may never be entirely clear how the clash that left nine people dead and 20 injured actually unfurled.

But the public now knows exactly how the criminal investigations into the bloody shootout ended: after 177 arrests and 155 indictments, there was one trial and no convictions.

[…] Little evidence has been made public, but details obtained by the Associated Press suggested that four of the bikers were struck with bullets from .223-caliber rifles – the only type of weapon used by Waco police that day.

Police and the district attorney’s office declined to comment on those details at the time, but defended the officers’ use of force.” (read more)

There was not a single conviction for any crime, ANY CRIME, for any of the 177 people arrested. All of the cases were just dropped.

It was absolutely certain the feds had undercover agents in both the Bandidos and Cossacks motorcycle clubs (ie. gangs), as law enforcement had attributed a wide-variety of criminal behaviors including drugs, racketeering, murder, conspiracy and violence to both nationwide organizations.  Approximately three years after the Twin Peaks massacre, in 2018, the leaders of the Bandidos were arrested on unrelated charges.

The framed-up charges of “conspiracy” against those 177 arrested bikers in Texas have a similar smell to the 200 arrests, some for “conspiracy”, in the January 6th DC riot.

Perhaps once the January 6th political narrative is exhausted those prosecutions will also be dropped, and poof – the story will just disappear.

I think we can say that for all levels of Law Enforcement, I think most people in this forum support law enforcement, I know I do, but we need law enforcement to follow the constitution and not standby and watch the police and FBI continually enforce unconstitutional laws and operate outside of the law....

Planting people inside organizations, encourage people to break the law, participate in the law breaking and then arresting people who ordinarily would not break the law is wrong and should be called out..

I have an acquaintance I’ve known for 30 years who is retired FBI out of a field office. I believe him to be an honest, good guy. I’d really like to get his take on what the Hell is going on.

You mean the FBI? lol Don’t be skeered.

They ARE monitoring this site and others for what they perceive is political dissent and their stupid political “whitey supremacist” witch hunt.

Point of fact.

News like this CANNOT be considered by the so-called Bipartisan Commission on January 6th. The democrats put that prohibition into the legislation.

“Misinformation” is disallowed in a commission setup to investigate what happened. Leave no stone unturned? Hardly!

No Republican should vote for this monstrosity.
