Why wait till the case becomes severe? Why not infuse as soon as symptoms appear?
Trump got his infusion the very night he was admitted at Walter Reed. He checked in Friday and left Tuesday.
I couldn't tell you, I'm not a doctor. I'm sure there are treatment protocols and guidelines drawn up that they're supposed to follow. The vast majority will get better without any treatment, I did when I had Covid.
Like everything else with medicine today, I suspect it comes down to money and if insurance will pay for it. I'm sure it's expensive and I doubt insurance will cover it unless they deem it necessary to save someone's life.
It shouldn't surprise anyone that the president gets treatments that wouldn't normally be available to we peons.
