I live in Portland and I even voted for the a$$hole mayor. But we didn’t have much of a choice - his opponent was an admitted communist. Now THAT was a true $hit sandwich!
We’d move out of this town if there was someplace to go that wasn’t either just as bad (or worse) or had some semblance of a job. I was born here 87 years ago and have watched a beautiful city slide closer to the edge every day since. If you have a reasonable suggestion I’d like to hear it. BTW, most of us have already called ourselves all the names you have. That didn’t do any good either...
Central and northern NH are still safe. Everybody’s armed, (no ccw needed) ppen carry permitted. No sales or income tax. Law enforcement who don’t view the citizenry as a revenue source.
Wow! That's amazing, sir! I am sure it is beautiful where you live. I can see from your point of view. As long as you're comfortable where you're at, no reason for you to move. Just watch Gran Torino with Clint Eastwood. Great movie. You'll need to watch it, if you haven't seen it already.
