They were still registering those 65 and older, for these experimental shots, in mid-February, 2020, in this guy’s county. His group had not opened up, yet.
I call BS on his claim that he passed up the shot, in January.

Yep, very early; at that time in Texas, the shots were for 65 years and up.
Someone at work had asked me back then if I was gonna get it and I told them I wasn’t old enough (I had just turned 64, but didn’t tell them that).
