We learned this stuff in the 1990s from the Clintons...
I learned it in the early 70's in the U.S. Army race relations classes when we were all told we were racist, we just didn't know it yet. Headquarters bulletin boards all had the "CDR's" policy which had the "real or percieved" accusation warnings in it.
