NASA was told it was to be able to identify 90% of such objects by 2020.
It can only identify 40% of such objects.
Total fail.

Physicists are clowns? Yes, if they "work" for the government, though I'm not sure what a physicist would have to do with diverting asteroids. (I have a minor in Physics, BTW.)
