I only eat meat & drink water. Exactly that & nothing more.
I never snack. When we consume alcohol our body stops burning fat until the alcohol is completely detoxed out of our system. I never want my body to stop burning fat.
Veg & fruit inflame the human digestive tract & are not necessary for proper human health. Seeds & nuts are full of lectins that bind & prevent the absorption of critical nutrients like calcium. No upside to consuming anything but meat.
Interesting. Do you eat a wide variety of meat (fish, poultry, pork, lamb, etc.), or just beef? And do you put spices on your meat...like pepper?
