I gained 10 lbs. in the first four months of the lockdown.
I have permanent health issues, and I work diligently to keep the weight off, but the inactivity really hurt.
I redoubled my diet effort the end of September, and increased my weekly exercise by two-thirds.
Down 21 since then, net 11 lb. loss.
I take medication that increases my blood glucose, and struggle staying non-diabetic, and also I’m treated for high blood pressure.
Since losing the weight, my blood glucose is almost completely normal, and the docs are talking about dropping one of my blood pressure medications.
I’ve given up a whole lot in terms of diet. But I love the health improvements. Went for my quarterly check-up with one of my specialists today. In and out in 15 minutes. Just no issues to discuss really.
The effort is worth it.
Soon you will have full happiness.
