Have you noticed an effect?
and which one of the potpourri is themost beneficial and/or do you even know
I can say I notice no harm. Before taking a supplement, I will check ConsumerLab.com for which is the best tested form, then try to buy that as inexpensively as I can. There's no need to take a form of curcumin that has high lead or below stated amounts.
By the way, if wanting to try curcumin, the best supplement is “ Doctor's Best Curcumin From Turmeric Root with C3 Complex & BioPerine, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Joint Support, 1000 mg, 120 Tablets.”
I get fisetin and apigenin from Swanson Vitamins. My resveratrol is the Costco special order form that is not available in stores, but will be shipped to your home.
