Yes you are in a tiny minority that understands the actual constitution and the law. The judge was absolutely correct (and notice how they are turning on a Reagan appointee so quickly too). The other side is particularly butt hurt that the judge called out the nazi comparison which we see over and over again here on FR by the antivaxxer as reprehensible.
Private business is allowed to require what they wish. It is a private contract between two people. Apparently our so called conservative friends are really CINO as now they want law fare and to impose their will on everyone who disagrees with them
