I used to like MASH which I would watch as reruns. It wasn’t until I got a bit older that I realized just how left-wing that show is. I refused to see the movie when it came out in 1970 because the billboards advertising it featured the "peace" symbol.

The first few years were pretty funny. Then McClain Stevenson and Wayne Rogers left. Alan Alda took over and it turned into a huge liberal war is hell suck fest.

Yes, it is leftist but my dad, who was a Silver Star Korean War vet, watched and re watched it religiously. He told me that the show was not even close to the reality of the war he knew.
