Told anyone who would listen in January 2020 that our domestic D party (& their *friends across the aisle* tm) was intimately involved in this. I now believe it was a global action carried out by the heads of state of nearly every nation on Earth. Not sure yet who may actually be innocent. Likely no one still in power, except maybe Putin. (cannot believe I am saying that)
