I’m very sorry for your friend, but this is anecdotal. How many affected and how many not?- millions.
The hole in the heart was not caused y the vaccine. You are describing an ASD or a PFO, of which 2 - 5% of people have probe patent PFOs. That allows anything to cross from right to left circulation. He would have had these strokes regardless of vaccination status. There is NO report of vaccine dissolving tissue, that is one bridge too far.
I am sorry he has had stroke — but this is a relatively common problem and not related to the vaccine.
To pro-experimental shot from big brother lovers, everything is anecdotal. There is literally nothing that would prove up an adverse affect to them short of a signed letter from their hero, leader and saint Fucci.
