Why is their conversation termed gossip? Did they have a recording to decide whether the content of their conversation was important?
Apparently they did not pay enough attention while they were talking. But maybe they were discussing the health issues of their child or what to do for continuing education or an upcoming funeral or the current cancel culture. Why is it always “gossip” when women are talking?
Or something of extreme importance, what they are prepareing for dinner for their hungry husbands?
