They are a minority within the Republican caucus. The reason she is no longer part of the leadership is because of overwhelming pressure from Republican constituents. The fact that Cheney was the third highest person in on the leadership team speaks volumes. The Republicans in the house of representatives is full of moderates and RINOS.
