It had been reported that the Czech Republic was changing the English-language version of its name to Czechia. Here we see that the real new version of the name is Czech Replublic.

With 24 countries in, it's almost easier to list those which did not make the cut:

Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Norway, Ireland, Iceland, Malta and Luxembourg.

Also Kosovo but I don't know if they are allowed to compete. Maybe Cyprus is considered a European country and it's missing. Also Andorra--do they compete?
