Ruby’s daughter was supposedly in court today and Ruby is scheduled tomorrow to testify on their actions. I can’t find anything on what happened today.

Ruby’s daughter was supposedly in court today and Ruby is scheduled tomorrow to testify on their actions. I can’t find anything on what happened today. Maybe they will just lie, or refuse to answer, and dare anyone to charge them with perjury. They have that certain protection.

The depositions were postponed one week by agreement of counsel. Then on June 9 the Fulton County criminal defense attorneys filed a motion asking for a restraining order to block the depositions. As of this post, the judge hasn’t ruled yet.
