Well I eat my customary one egg daily for breakfast. I went a few days recently without my breakfast egg and I felt weaker, sluggish. I figure one daily egg won’t kill me but if it eventually does then so be it.
I may eat 6 eggs a month. It’s the other crap that’s gonna kill me!
