A week or so ago I bought 18 large eggs at Krogers for 95 cents. That is crazy good food value.
That is a criminal price.
You can’t race them for that. Large corps are driving the smaller producers out, and will in turn flip the price (or end the production).
You will see the same thing in all meat products soon.
That’s pretty cheap.
Up here they are nowhere near that cheap, bordering on pretty expensive.
Thankfully, I get free ones from a buddy. I was going to build a coop for the farm this year, but lumber prices are nuts.
Eggs are great, we’ve all known this, but what about bacon? heh
