If it is indeed proven that Biden’s inauguration was the product of fraud, the states can combine to push a civil, unifying, and legal way to avoid future problems.
Earlier in the week, I asked the question: What if Proof of 2020 Presidential Election Fraud Develops? I mentioned several remedies that have been widely talked about from impeachment to a Pentagon coup to rioting in the streets.
None is an ideal solution. The first wouldn’t correct the problem, the second would turn the United States into a third-world banana republic and the last would bring about a modern version of the bloody chaos that characterized post-revolutionary France. An ideal solution would reverse Biden’s inauguration and inaugurate Donald Trump as the rightful president -- and do so while maintaining our Constitutional Republic.
There is another option that theoretically could do that, one based on concepts familiar to Americans, thanks to shows from Perry Mason to Law & Order: “Fraud vitiates everything” and “fruit of the poison tree.”
In 1878, in United States v. Throckmorton, the Supreme Court held that “There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.” In English, fraud invalidates contracts – and an election is nothing if not a contract. Everyone knows if you sign a contract based on fraudulent information, that contract is invalid. That leads to “void ab initio“ which means that fraud from the beginning taints everything resulting from it.
The other doctrine is one we’ve seen TV lawyers use to throw out evidence against their client because it was obtained illegally. The evidence is inadmissible as the “Fruit of a poison tree.”

Even if we were to get Trump back, we’d still have to figure out what do about a compromised SCOTUS. Those justices are there for life.
Here's the problem! RINOS and America need to know that "Avoid future problems" IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! If someone steals my money and they're caught, it's not good enough to say, "We'll, we caught the thief with your money in his pocket. We're allowing the thief to keep your money and we're not putting the thief in prison. The good news is that we're examining how the thief committed the crime so we can telegraph our findings to future thiefs so they circumvent mitigating measures."

There can be a way to undo this. Prove the fraud. Quickly. The military needs to investigate and get the guilty parties starting to give up names.
Several snakes involved, cut the heads off. Trump signed that act in 2017 about foreign collusion and the election. Put the pressure on the SCOTUS to do the right thing. You have to put people in jail. I have heard of a quo warranto and removing someone from office not legally elected.
When fraud is proven the media needs to report this. They were for sure in on it and don’t want to go down. They may turn on the dems and simply start reporting it and deny any involvement. Also need to fix social media.
But prove the fraud. Once it’s going to get out then people will point fingers and cut deals. Judges will suddenly start doing their jobs. The first domino needs to fall. Courage is courageous.
Even if voter fraud is conclusively proven and in some manner presented for public consumption, there will be no reshuffling of the players, or vigorous prosecution of the guilty. That would be the most desirable and direct reaction. The reaction most conservatives long for.
The GOP remains divided tween Trump supporters and timid RINOs. The majority have no stomach for any impeachment campaigns. The Pentagon has become infested with Globalists and militant Progressives or activists.
Therefore, there will be no “setting the record straight” or Poetic Justice.
I do expect a few bipartisan, mildly seriod measures passed to ensure better voter accountability. I do expect more states to require voter ID. This is how the Great Crime of November 2020 will be acknowledged and addressed, in an indirect and oblique manner.
There will be no "new playbook", no secession or threat of it. Nothing will happen. NOTHING. There is no legal remedy for the theft of the Presidency and that's why the USSC in its cowardice refused to take up/rule that election fraud did in fact happen. They refused to do the right thing in fear of setting the streets on fire more than they already were.
Judicially, politically and civilly we live in a nation of cowards.
