Forcing experimental treatments on human beings was specifically identified in the Nuremberg Code in 1947.

Forcing someone to play a death lottery, no matter the odds, is criminal.

This woman was 44 years old. What was she doing taking an experimental treatment for a disease she would have beaten handily if ever exposed to it?

An EUA is not the same as “experimental”.
Limitations and proofs are required for an EUA.

In practical terms a less than 1 in 10,000 evidence of bad outcomes is required.
That’s what trials must show.
