I agree.
At 77, I go for a vigorous walk with my dogs every morning.
I really must thank the local homeless for the exercise I’ve gotten the last two days, running my chainsaw, sometimes up on a ladder (at age 71) limbing up trees and cutting brush, yes ruining their camp sites so as to allow the local sheriff better visual of the trespassers, oops am I allowed to say the word trespassers in Kalifornia ?
The local parks and rec department had been receiving complaints of homeless on my property which adjoins the trail, harassing county trail walkers and arranged a meeting at the sheriff’s office where I was encouraged to take action at my expense.
Friday Parks and Rec is supposed to swing by to discuss the mess on their side of the heavily vandalized fence.
My cardio has gotten a good work out the last week just from anger which according to the article is a good thing.
Oh, the Oak Tree Ordinance only allows me to cut 8 trees or pay fines which has added to my heavy breathing. I am allowed to limb up trees so a couple more days up and down a ladder with my chain saw should add to my cardio.
The mess is unbelievable but the local sheriff promises to patrol more vigilantly once the clearing is done.
