If you read the transcript carefully, Elizondo says quite a bit.

He's telling us that the government has said it isn't ours and it isn't Russian or Chinese.

Then he goes on to say that while we don't know precisely what it is, we know what it isn't and we know some things about it...and we know that it is a paradigm shifter.

Is that a dud?
