Where is any of that in the Amendment??
I'll repost the Amendment here as some apparently haven't read it.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

That can be construed to be a form of Poll Tax, which is unconstitutional.
It’s certainly ironic coming from someone who is most likely descended from freed slaves who suffered under Dem discrimination.
I don’t think it should ever be a requirement to exercise the right enshrined in the Second Amendment, but I do think it should be a requirement in all public schools to teach firearm safety, handling, cleaning, and shooting.
If anything, maybe some gang members would become better shots and stop hitting innocent bystanders.
