Just satan warming up the crowd before the Christians meet Jesus in the cloud at the Great Tribulation. “The aliens took those pesky Christians that cause all the trouble out of here.”

Oh lord. If you think naval aviators require visual ‘landmarks’ in their MFDs to identify bearing, heading and kinematics properties of objects tracked by their targeting systems, then you probably don’t know anything about avionics.

Those graphics on the bottom and the sides of the MFD tell the pilot everything he needs to know about where an object is (in relationship to his own craft), its heading, its speed and its altitude and it does it all without relying on fixed landmarks.

“UFOs don’t exist.”

Back in 1987 I was in Palmdale, California for a funeral. I took some time out one night to get out to the desert on East Avenue N and just stargaze and drink a couple beers. This was around 7pm on a clear January evening.

I’m sitting on the hood of my car and a large batwing aircraft came flying low and loud over me.

I’d never seen anything like that before. When I described it to the folks at the funeral some of them who worked for Northrup told me I was seeing things.

It was a textbook Unidentified Flying Object.

A couple years later when the B-2 bomber became public knowledge I realized that what I’d seen was an early test flight of perhaps a prototype.

So yes, UFO’s do indeed exist. But once they’re identified they’re no longer a UFO.

If this were Chinese or Russian technology, they would have already smoked our ass in war. Thus, it is not them

Are we talking about the same Chinese that can’t build their own jet engines?

At the very least, China would have smoked India in the Himalayas and Russia would have reassembled some of the Soviet states.

Whatever this is, it isn't China or Russia.

>>But, if that report says it’s not our technology, it’s not our technology.

But the military wants to spend on the threat of man-made global climate change and NOT the threat of UFOs.

“... defies the KNOWN laws of physics.
Does anyone believe we know everything?”

I was on a classified project that regularly generated UFO sightings. When these sightings take place on test ranges, that’s because that’s where we test new planes. Everything about these ranges is known. Generally, civilian aircraft are not allowed or are in restricted corridors. And, best part, the government does not confirm or deny any sightings even when they are sighted by other military pilots. When pilots see something so oddly shaped, they immediately report that it defies the laws of physics. Take the F-117 as an example. It doesn’t look as though it should fly. I guarantee all of these sightings are US aircraft flying to, actually in, or returning from test ranges.

They're just pretending to be technological laggards.

You know, disinformation ala The Art of War.;-)

And their skyscrapers don't really wobble in the wind. If they wanted to, they could use their new antigravity devices to build their skyscrapers so they could just float around in the atmosphere.

China doesn’t have any technology that it didn’t steal from us first.

Guy can't figure out why a FLIR video of an object moving at several hundreds knots (or more) taken by this Raytheon AN/ASQ-228 ATFLIR underwing targeting pod...

doesn't look like the cool celestial photos shot through the perfect vacuum of space taken by this 25K-lb behemoth?

Really?

Gun/targeting cameras aren't designed to create studio-quality images of stationary objects. They're designed to see through fog, clouds, precipitation and other atmospheric conditions in virtual blackness. Combat pilots don't need to read the writing on the fuselage of the aircraft they're trying to shoot down.

In the 1890’s there were numerous reports of giant airships all over the United States. They were UFO’s as no one had that technology at that time. To discount inter-stellar or inter-dimensional travel because we can’t do so is the height of human arrogance.

Could they be the Russians, Chicoms or our own vehicles, absolutely! But to close the mind and rule out other options is the epitome of what is wrong with “science” today. They close their minds to only what they already see and know and if a question might stray from accepted scientific dogma out come the cat calls or craziness or it’s not scientifically possible. So-called scientist of today remind me of the Catholic church 500 years ago wrapped up in dogma and conventional thinking and they do not question anything out of professional fears and do not follow the data, they follow the $ and the hypothesis they want proven and woe unto you if you stray from their plantation.

Silly statement.

Not a guarantee you can make. You are not omniscient.

While I am certain that someone, somewhere has seen one of our classified aircraft and reported it as an UAP, there are FAR too many sightings to write them ALL off as classified aircraft.

Does anyone believe we know everything?

Liberals think there's such a thing as 'settled science'... and that 'scientists' can vote on reality. And that letters signed by a hundred scientists carries more weight than the work of one person being right... That's pretty close to thinking they know everything.

Is it possible that these are in fact alien spacecraft that are delivering meds beds or more details on the Quantum Financial System?

Because some FReepers link aliens with med beds and QFS.
