Funny, the actual quote is "The proof of the pudding is in the eating," meaning that you know it's good because people are eating it.
In your terms, "The proof of the vax is in the taking." This, however, is along the lines of "you have to pass the bill to find out what's in it," meaning that you have to take the vaccine to prove it's good.

You misunderstand me.
'Compliant sheep' is a provable state of being. The proof is in the pudding. Or should I say the proof is in the vax.
The 'proof of the pudding' is proof that people are compliant sheep. Taking the vax proves that.
