Same with the “artsy-cutsey” boy’s name. Both are, however remotely, in line for the throne - Well, after all, that’s the only reason she married the guy. So give them a formal, recognized name that is appropriate.
Then, in private or in everyday use, use the nickname you think is appropriate. But “that” would require that she be a normal, rational human being.
Notice both kids are named after the Windsors. Not a single nod to the Markles or Doria’s side. What hypocrites. They hate the Windsors but love their wealth, celeb and power.
It is reported in the UK that the Queen had asked family NOT to use Lilibet as the diminutive was Phillip’s preferred nickname when referring to Elizabeth.
