Sayin the past is never certain is just common sense. You can witness it happening today, and I can surely predict that the past will change. How do we know it changed, if we are wise we can observe it in our lifetime.
The only way we know the past beyond our own experience is we rely on those that record it and those that record it are the ones in favor with whom ever is in charge. History has been revised denied or falsified at the whim of a dictator and maybe we can decide for ourselves which part is true but world decisions are mad by those that deal with accepted reality, something you seem incapable of grasping.
