That’s what was said by some doctors here in Alberta, then they were promptly shut down.
They said something to the effect of particles are being inhaled coming off the masks and accumulating in the lungs.
That aside, there’s no reason to wear one regardless, it doesn’t do anything except have negative consequences.
i wonder if there’s a way to independently test the straight out of the box brand new chinese made masks to see if they’re tainted...
