Much of the organized Jewish community has been self-consciously left wing since before World War 1. Since the Democrat party has been the party of left wing politics in large cities (rural South is a whole 'nother kettle of fish) since approximately the Spanish American War, they will not say anything that could reflect badly on the Dem party. I remember reading a book talking about Roosevelt's appeasing of the spokesmen of the Jewish community while in practice doing nothing to help those stuck in NAZI Germany. A key part of his ability to do so was internal politics of the Jewish community and the unwillingness of key players to even talk to Rural Religious Republicans.

No reason it should ever be mentioned, particularly not in a negative way. The MSM is in sync with the antisemitism of this “new breed” of politician who, more than ever, represent interests opposed not only to Jews but to America, and will do whatever is required to conceal their hatred. If concealment doesn’t work, then the MSM will argue that any criticism of the Democrats’ antisemitism is an infringement of their First Amendment right “to speak truth to power.”
