Carbs, fat, and protein can be made into blood sugar/glucose.

Carbs, fats, and proteins can be made into fat.

Only proteins or their component amino acids can be made into tissues we use. Otherwise, our bodies break down existing tissue into amino acids for building up more needed tissues or for use as blood sugar/glucose.
