Well, this suggests that maybe Trump did something, but kept it quiet. I thought he had an obligation to invoke the Insurrection Act if he believed there had been foreign interference in the election. He got no support in the courts to stop the certification due to the illegalities, and had little support in the Congress for delaying certification on Jan. 6th. The media was rabidly against him. A move to quietly buy time would make sense. When the audit results prove the election was stolen, not just for the presidency, but also Congressional elections, Trump's hand will be stronger.
